Yes, in age-appropriate ways. Parents attend the weekly group sessions, and teenagers help choose goals, shape agreements, and try activities. Parent participation is essential too.
No. The aim is intentional technology use and a healthier balance. Schoolwork, friendships, creativity, and entertainment can all have a place.
Allow 60 minutes for a weekly parent group session, around 10–20 minutes on most days, and one longer family activity each week.
The founding pilot is $199 per family for the full eight weeks, including follow-up check-ins. Joining the waitlist is free and does not commit you to paying.
